Processing time
All orders are cut and prepared to order. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday; orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day).
Shipping rates and delivery estimates
- Spain: €6.99 (free on orders over €55) — estimated 1-3 business days after dispatch
- European Union: €8.99 — estimated 3-7 business days after dispatch
- International: €12.99 — estimated 7-15 business days after dispatch
Delivery times are estimates provided by our shipping carriers and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs processing, or events outside our control.
Carriers
We ship within Spain via Correos, and internationally (EU and rest of world) via DHL.
Customs, duties, and taxes (international orders)
For orders shipped outside the European Union, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, charged once the package reaches its destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost — we have no control over them and cannot predict their amount.
